Oasis Blitz

Oasis Blitz is a movement-focused, third-person action platformer game, where the player plays as a Bandit, a scrappy fennec fox living on a desert planet. The Bandit drills into terrain and advances through a series of floating islands.

Role: Lead Producer
- Built a Notion wiki for the team
- Created a sprint task sheet to track each team member’s weekly tasks
- Created a level design macro for the Design team to modularize level sequences
- Established a bug database for QA
- Structured a weekly sprint schedule
- Organized weekly internal stand-up meetings
